Ecological artist Analia Bordenave seeks environmental stewardship through participatory art. She will present “Leave Your Green Mark on the World.” This Eco-Art Performance allows the public to interact with performers whose bodies will be used as a canvas.

The eco-art performance, “Leave Your Green Mark on the World,” is the artist's thought-provoking work about the mark that people leave on the planet. Analia proposes seven topics of reflection, one for each continent represented by performers, and invites the audience to leave a “Green Mark” on the performers to show their awareness of environmental issues.

"My main passions in life are nature and art. Now I'm bringing them both together in my upcoming nonprofit charitable organization, whose goal is preserving our environment by compensating the impact of human activity on our planet through art.

“The aim of this Eco-Art Performance, ‘Leave Your Green Mark on the World,’ is to create environmental awareness so that everyone can start taking steps to help transform their negative carbon footprint, or ‘Gray Mark,’ into an awareness “Green Mark,” thus preserving the environment now and for future generations.

“During this eco-art performance, members of the audience who choose to participate and contribute will dip their thumbs in green paint and then physically leave their thumbprints, or ‘Awareness Green Mark,’ on the performer's body. The performer's physique, now stamped with dozens of thumbprints, will then be part of an art intervention representing the mark that humans leave on Earth." — Analia Bordenave, eco-artist

The complete performance will be documented with photographs and video footage that will become part of the Eco-Art Performance book, “You Leave Your Mark on Me.”

Leave Your Green Mark on the World: is our wake-up call and provides us with the tools to reverse the damage that we've done to our planet and prevent future damage that is already set in motion. Together, we can create a positive change.

We believe Eco Participatory Art can change the world. The aim of this Eco-Art Performance is:

2. Generate funds to build the first GREEN on GRAY Center Eco-Life Mall, which will be dedicated to educational and collaborative actions that reduce pollution through a Land Art Park (eco-participatory art).

   WHAT?

The eco-art performance, “Leave Your Green Mark on the World” is the artist's thought-provoking work about the mark that people leave on the planet. AB proposes seven topics of reflection, one for each continent represented by performers, and invites the audience to leave a “Green Mark” on the performers to show their awareness of environmental issues.

   HOW?

Every participant will receive an exclusive pin number in their certificate of participation.

The performance will be documented with photographs and video footage that will become part of the art book "You Leave Your Mark on Me."

ARTBOOK DOCUMENTATION
